This site asks for a birth month and year and a few yes/no answers. It never asks for a name, a full birthday, a Medicare number, a service record, an address, a phone number or an email.

Your answers stay in your browser. They are stored on this device only if you press Save, and removed when you press Clear. Nothing is transmitted to us or to anyone else.

Measurement, if it is ever enabled, records only which page was viewed and which button was pressed, from a fixed list. It cannot contain dates, free text or contact details, and the code rejects anything else.

No cookies are set. No third-party scripts load.
