It is not Medicare, not a government agency, not an insurer and not an insurance agency. One of our reviewers is a licensed Medicare agent; even so, this site sells nothing, recommends no plan and enrolls no one, and reading it does not make anyone your agent.
How it is paid for
California Medicare Guidance carries no advertising, no plan listings and no referral arrangements. If a commercial arrangement is ever added, it will be described on this page — who is paid, by whom, for what — before it takes effect, and the required Medicare disclosure will appear wherever it applies.
What this site does not do
It does not determine eligibility for Medicare or any program. It does not guarantee that a doctor, hospital or drug is covered. It does not replace confirmation from Medicare, a plan, an employer or a licensed professional. It does not collect or sell your information.
